This policy explains what information Compass Group (Russian Center for Education, Dhaka, Bangladesh — “we”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us in a form: your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you are interested in, travel details for tour enquiries (destination, date, number of travellers) and your message.
- Where you came from: if you arrived from an advertisement we keep the campaign tags in the link (for example the ad source and campaign name) and the page you landed on.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent spam.
- Cookies and similar tools, only if you press “Accept” on the cookie notice (see below).
How we use it
- To contact you about the service you asked about — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To understand which of our advertisements and pages bring enquiries, so we can improve them.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
With your consent we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Google Tag Manager. They record how visitors use the site (pages viewed, whether a form was sent, whether a WhatsApp or phone link was tapped) so our advertising can be measured. If you accept, Meta may set the cookies _fbp and _fbc. When you send an enquiry and have accepted, we may also send Meta a record of that enquiry from our server; your email, phone number and name are hashed (one-way encrypted) before they are sent, so Meta does not receive them in readable form. If you press “Decline”, none of these tools load and nothing is sent to Meta or Google. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser; the notice then appears again.
Who receives your information
Our team and the service providers that run the site for us: our web hosting provider, Google (we keep enquiries in a Google Sheet that only our staff can open) and, only if you accepted tracking, Meta and Google as described above. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and provide the service, and then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@russiancentre.edu or calling +880 1751-028198.
